Cost reduction in manufacturing processes! Introducing examples of achieving high-quality and maintainable systems.
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Rakuraku Framework 3" at a company engaged in the development and manufacturing of construction materials.
At the company, the aging of the production and sales management system led to a noticeable divergence between the system and the operational rules. Coupled with the complexity of the system and a shortage of maintenance technicians, this resulted in delays in responding to business changes and a decline in customer service.
By establishing this system as a foundation, we were able to achieve cost reductions in the manufacturing process, as well as a high-quality and maintainable system.
